They are seeking a Customer Service Keynote/Guest Speaker to deliver expert-led, purpose-driven keynote and guest speaking engagements that align strategic messaging with event objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver impactful, purpose-driven customer service speaker sessions that engage, inform, and inspire diverse audiences
• Customer service involves creating positive, solution-oriented experiences for clients and end-users across industries
• It includes communication, empathy, responsiveness, and systems that build loyalty and satisfaction
• Speakers address service excellence, team training, and customer-centric business strategies
• Design and deliver presentations, customize content, engage with audience Q&A, and represent core themes aligned with customer service subject matter topics and themes

Requirements:

• Recognized subject matter expertise, excellent communication, and proven engagement outcomes
• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field across the Marketing And SERVQUAL Customer Service Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline providing targeted content and insights tailored to Marketing And SERVQUAL Customer Service Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a General/Other Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling
• Ability to deliver value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants, often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages
• Expertise in delivering compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their respective areas of expertise
• Ability to engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in their field
• Public speaking, storytelling, audience engagement, adaptability
• Emotional intelligence, strategic communication, cultural competence
• Availability for in-person and virtual events, flexibility in schedule, alignment with client objectives
• Advanced degree preferred depending on topic area
• 5–10 years of relevant speaking, industry, or subject experience
