Sales Account Manager

OncoRx Insights is transforming how community oncologists make treatment decisions. The Sales Account Manager will actively pursue opportunities to expand the customer base by identifying potential customer groups, following up on leads, and facilitating the close of enterprise agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads, schedule customer meetings and facilitate the close of enterprise agreements with community oncology practices, minimizing time-to-value by collaborating with Customer Operations on seamless implementation
• Ensure every customer goes live on our platform and is supported through their continued use of our platform
• Capture potential customer feedback and insights in the sales process and convey those learnings back to the team so we can improve our product and positioning

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales, business development, or strategic partnerships experience within healthtech, advanced molecular diagnostics, or oncology therapeutics
• Resilience and perseverance to face and surpass the challenges of bringing a new product to market
• Perseverance to make multiple attempts at connecting with potential customers and build relationships with stakeholders to engender interest and trust
• Proven success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving community oncologists, Chief Medical Officers, IT/security executives, and practice managers
• Savvy relationship management of stakeholders in a multitude of roles including but not limited to: office managers, advanced practice providers (APPs), oncologists, IT leaders, and senior healthcare and technology executives
• Analytical thinker with the ability to marry attention to detail with big picture thinking
• An experienced, yet hands-on, sales account manager with a strong working knowledge of the community oncology space, health systems and payer dynamics
• A connector and a closer: you can pursue and close a warm lead, structure and negotiate deal terms and ensure the customer moves efficiently from contract to implementation
• You have experience in one or more of the following areas: digital health or advanced diagnostics, with a strong understanding of clinical workflow integration, EHR ecosystems, and healthcare IT governance
• You enjoy connecting with potential customers across channels and can efficiently take a lead from an unknown quantity to a qualified meeting and beyond
• A collaborative team member who engages cross-functional partners in the customer lifecycle, keeps stakeholders informed of trends and news impacting customer needs, and advocates for the customer
• Comfortable with ambiguity, owning outcomes end-to-end, and operating in an early stage company with evolving priorities and resources
