Director of Product Management

Clarvos is a company focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses through AI-powered marketing and advertising technology. They are seeking a Director of Product Management to champion customer insights and enhance product adoption and experience excellence across their platform.

Responsibilities:

• Become the Voice Behind the Voice of Customer
• Build and evolve a world-class Voice of Customer program
• Gather insights from customer interviews, usability studies, support tickets, surveys, product analytics, Sales conversations, and Customer Success interactions
• Separate one-off requests from scalable market opportunities
• Create repeatable processes that transform feedback into action
• Define the vision for customer experience across onboarding, activation, adoption, renewal, and expansion
• Raise the UX quality bar across products and teams
• Identify friction points and prioritize improvements that create measurable business impact
• Champion accessibility, usability, and customer-centered design principles
• Own initiatives tied directly to retention, adoption, churn reduction, upgrades, and expansion
• Define success metrics and outcome targets
• Use customer insights and behavioral data to guide investment decisions
• Develop frameworks for identifying renewal risk, product health, and growth opportunities
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Finance
• Influence roadmap priorities through evidence and customer insight
• Facilitate executive-level discussions around opportunities, tradeoffs, and investment decisions
• Build alignment across teams working toward shared customer outcomes

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Product Management, Customer Experience, UX, UX Research, or related disciplines
• 5+ years leading Product, Design, UX, Research, or Customer Experience teams
• Proven success building and operating Voice of Customer programs
• Extensive experience engaging directly with customers and executive stakeholders
• Strong product strategy and roadmap leadership experience
• Deep understanding of customer-centered product development
• Expertise with customer research, experience design, and customer feedback programs
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Executive communication and stakeholder-management skills
