1844 - Program Management Analyst - Onsite - Patuxent River, MD - Active Secret Required

Rollout Systems is seeking a highly motivated and driven Program Management Analyst to work onsite supporting PMA-231 for their War-fighter customer. The role involves managing funding and procurement, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports to support financial decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSSA
• Provide reports, data calls, and attend meetings as required
• Analyze financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reports
• Prepare reports and projections based on financial data
• Forecast project future expenditures
• Monitor budgets and compare actual performance against targets
• Prepare clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisions
• Ability to perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis)
• Ability to work with project schedules, track tasking, and provide status to leadership and the PMA
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Effective communication skills, including ability to develop and present briefing slides
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 5+ years of assisting with management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSSA
• Experience analyzing financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reports
• Experience preparing reports and projections based on financial data
• Experience forecasting project future expenditures, monitoring budgets, and comparing actual performance against project targets
• Experience working with project schedules, tracking tasks, and providing statuses to leadership and the PMA
• Experience preparing clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisions
• Familiarization with CSPT, PMT, and ERP
• Active Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance
• BS/BA Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
