Sales Representative and Account Manager

Crew Dog is a fast-growing licensed apparel brand built on unique embroidered mascot designs. The Sales Representative and Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth by selling Crew Dog products into various retail and specialty markets, working closely with the founders and managing their own sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and close new retail and wholesale accounts
• Pitch buyers in person, on the phone, and over email, with samples in hand
• Own your pipeline end to end, from first outreach to purchase order
• Work directly with the founders. Your feedback shapes what we make and where we go next
• Hit clear monthly targets, with weekly check-ins and samples in your hands

Requirements:

• Genuinely scrappy. You'd rather make 50 phone calls than write a deck or email
• A natural seller: outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable talking to anyone
• Hungry and tenacious, you follow up, you don't wait to be told, and you love the chase
• Organized enough to run your own pipeline without hand-holding
• Excited by helping grow an early-stage start up filled with fast decisions, extensive responsibilities, and an ability to make a visible impact
