Senior Business Development Manager – AI & Enterprise Technology

DynPro Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join their growing Go-to-Market organization. This role will support customer engagement, strategic account development, and pipeline growth for an AI-powered autonomous operations platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead outbound engagement with prospective enterprise customers through LinkedIn, email, industry events, and executive outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and senior executives
• Coordinate strategic customer meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and executive communications
• Support pipeline development through channel partnerships and Go-to-Market initiatives
• Partner directly with the Office of the CEO on priority accounts, executive briefings, and business development activities
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s AI platform, value proposition, and industry use cases
• Maintain accurate account, customer, and pipeline information in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other internal systems
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, partnerships, and leadership teams to support account growth
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as business development, account management, enterprise sales, consulting, recruiting, customer success, or partnerships
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence engaging with senior executives and enterprise customers
• Highly organized, proactive, coachable, and comfortable working in an executive-driven environment
• Energetic and outgoing personality with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism
• Interest in artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, and industrial transformation
• Bachelor's degree preferred
