Customer Service Consultant

Europe Luxs® is an invitation-only forum that connects distinguished private investors and luxury brands. The Customer Service Consultant role is focused on providing high-quality support to members and partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responds to inquiries via email, phone, and digital channels
• Ensures timely resolution of issues
• Guides members through platform features and event-related processes
• Monitors and improves customer experience
• Documents interactions
• Escalates complex concerns when necessary
• Collaborates with internal teams to maintain accurate information
• Tracks feedback
• Contributes to service enhancements that align with the organization’s standards of excellence

Requirements:

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with a global, high-profile client base
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive assistance across multiple channels
• Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction skills to assess member needs, follow up on interactions, and help maintain a premium service standard
• Relevant skills such as active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, with the ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Comfort with remote work, digital tools, CRM systems, and documenting customer interactions accurately
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury, financial services, or high-net-worth client environments
