Senior Manager / Director, Marketing Operations & GTM Systems

Fine Tune is a company that specializes in managing complex indirect services for large enterprises. They are seeking a Senior Manager or Director of Marketing Operations and GTM Systems to oversee the systems, data, and workflows that connect Marketing and Sales, playing a crucial role in the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own CRM data quality: lead sources, field standards, lifecycle stages, ownership rules, and campaign tracking
• Build and maintain lead routing, enrichment, and workflow automation across marketing and sales tools
• Connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue through attribution and reporting leadership can act on
• Partner with Sales on lead definitions, account ownership, handoffs, and shared CRM standards
• Evaluate and lead improvements to Fine Tune's marketing and CRM technology

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, CRM administration, or GTM systems
• Experience as the named internal owner of a CRM or marketing automation implementation or migration, not just a participant
• Demonstrated ability to improve data quality, lead routing, attribution, and workflow automation in a B2B environment
• A strong understanding of how leads, contacts, campaigns, opportunities, and sales activity connect across the funnel
• Comfort defining requirements and managing outside implementation partners
• Experience with Dynamics 365, PowerBI and Hubspot
• The ability to work independently and build strong relationships with Sales and Marketing leadership
