Technical Product Manager- contract

Catena Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead enterprise-wide SSO provisioning and manage the Medallia platform. The role involves overseeing product management tasks, driving platform expansion projects, and ensuring scalable governance practices.

Responsibilities:

• Leading enterprise-wide SSO provisioning expansion across the brand’s employees
• Owning Medallia platform roadmap and day-to-day product management
• Building an access control dashboard for field users
• Supporting deployment on Zebra devices
• Managing a large Salesforce integration
• Driving additional platform expansion projects
• Establishing scalable platform governance and best practices
• Preparing for the eventual implementation of the brand’s next experience platform

Requirements:

• Has experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms
• Has a strong technical foundation, ideally progressing from: Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Platform roles into Product Management
• Understands platform architecture, integrations, provisioning, and enterprise implementations
• Is proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently through ambiguity
• Can educate and communicate technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders
• Is comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, architects, HR IT, and business teams
