Customer Success Manager

RecSkills is seeking a Client Success Manager to develop and lead content growth strategies for brands and businesses on short-form platforms. This role involves working directly with clients to create strategic growth plans and improve content performance across platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop short-form content growth strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives
• Create 90–180 day content roadmaps and strategic plans
• Build scalable frameworks for content ideation, storytelling, distribution, and optimization
• Develop and refine short-form content concepts, scripts, hooks, and creative approaches
• Lead client onboarding sessions, strategy meetings, and performance discussions
• Analyze content performance data and provide recommendations to improve results
• Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to execute growth strategies
• Stay informed on platform trends, audience behavior, and emerging content opportunities
• Provide strategic guidance on content direction and growth initiatives

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in content strategy, growth strategy, creative strategy, or a related field
• Experience working directly with clients in an agency, consulting, or similar environment
• Strong understanding of short-form content strategy and storytelling principles
• Experience developing content plans, growth frameworks, or strategic roadmaps
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to demonstrate previous content strategy results or successful growth initiatives
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Senior Content Strategist role, Short-Form Content Growth Strategy, Creative Strategy for social platforms, Agency content leadership, Influencer or creator growth programs, Client success or strategy roles within creator-focused businesses
• Experience supporting creator programs, UGC campaigns, or content distribution systems
• Familiarity with creator networks, content amplification strategies, or performance-based content models
• Experience working with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms
