Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinating resources
• Managing stakeholder expectations from initiation through completion
• Overseeing expediting activities
• Inspection-related workflows
• Logistics coordination to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Monitoring risks
• Managing change requests
• Implementing process improvements
• Reporting progress to leadership through clear documentation and status updates
• Collaboration with product, operations, and client-facing teams to align project outcomes with strategic business goals

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to drive timely delivery of project milestones
• Proficiency in Inspection processes and quality assurance practices to maintain high standards of output
• Strong Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across multiple projects
• Proven ability to lead remote teams, prioritize multiple initiatives, and make data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) is an advantage
• Experience in technology-enabled services or operations-focused environments is beneficial
