Sr Specialist Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

The Hershey Company is an industry-leading snacks company known for its iconic brands. They are seeking a Senior Specialist in Data Analytics & Business Intelligence to lead business intelligence and analytics capabilities that drive strategic decision-making across the Auto business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business intelligence strategy, reporting, analytics, and performance measurement for the Auto business
• Partner with sales, commercial, category, finance, and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and drive business performance
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide visibility to key business metrics
• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and concise executive-level presentations
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data governance, and analytical capabilities
• Influence strategic decision-making through fact-based insights and recommendations
• Lead and develop team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, sales analytics, category management, finance, data science, or related fields
• Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into business insights
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Experience presenting recommendations and insights to senior leaders
• Proficiency with business intelligence and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field required
• Sr Manager level aligns to a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
• Prior people leadership experience preferred
• MBA or Master's degree preferred
