IRG Clients is seeking an experienced Physical Security Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of enterprise physical security systems. This role is responsible for coordinating security projects, maintaining system documentation, managing site surveys, supporting access control systems, and working closely with vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure the security and reliability of facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Genetec, ServiceNow, physical access control systems (FACS), documentation management, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support physical security operations and access control (FACS) activities.
• Develop, maintain, and update physical security site survey diagrams and related documentation.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure security equipment is installed, tested, documented, and maintained.
• Track security projects, service requests, incidents, and maintenance activities using ServiceNow.
• Maintain physical security policies, procedures, reports, and standard operating documentation.
• Monitor inventory and support asset tracking for physical security equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, equipment installations, and site modifications.
• Generate and review audit reports to identify security risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades, SharePoint documentation, and process improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on physical security processes and systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience supporting physical security operations, access control systems, or security program coordination.
• Experience with Genetec or similar Physical Access Control Systems (PACS/FACS).
• Strong experience using ServiceNow for incident, request, and workflow management.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, policies, procedures, and process flow diagrams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise physical security systems within a government or large enterprise environment.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and documentation management.
