Defined Contribution Account Manager

Nova 401(k) Associates is a vibrant and growing national third party, non-producing administration firm. They are looking to fill fully remote Defined Contribution Account Manager positions focused on client and advisor service, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a great client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate
• Maintain a caseload with approximately 50% split between ADP and Safe Harbor plans
• Manage and prioritize your workload towards weekly goals in a results oriented team environment
• Exemplify superior client service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
• Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience
• Document all client interactions in our workflow management system
• Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures
• Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study

Requirements:

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
• Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
• NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4 year college degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business
• High level of critical thinking
