Sr. Product Manager

Bright Matrix Global is seeking a senior-level Product Strategy Consultant with expertise in commercial health insurance and employee benefits. The consultant will evaluate the competitive landscape, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance employer-focused healthcare offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitive analysis across the commercial health insurance and managed vision market
• Identify market gaps and recommend product strategy improvements
• Develop product positioning and employer-focused go-to-market strategies
• Create executive-level presentations, competitive battle cards, and strategic recommendations
• Support sales enablement by improving employer value propositions and RFP strategies
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, Benefits Consulting, or a related field
• Strong background in commercial health plans, health insurance, employee benefits, or managed care
• Experience with competitive analysis, product positioning, RFP strategy, and executive presentations
• Proven ability to influence business strategy through market insights and data-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with leading consulting firms or major healthcare organizations
