Sr. Analyst, Business Sales Operations

The Sr. Analyst, Business Sales Operations will design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions to enhance decision-making within the Sales organization, collaborating closely with sales leaders and stakeholders to improve processes and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting, opportunity analysis, and sales potential assessment
• Power BI dashboard development and KPI reporting
• Salesforce.com administration, reporting, and process optimization
• Customer, product, market, and performance trend analysis
• Recommendations that improve operational efficiency and support acute care revenue growth
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis that translates complex data into clear insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
• Identify sales performance trends, risks, and opportunities using Salesforce.com, third-party data, customer/product trends, and market information
• Develop, implement, and maintain KPI reports, forecasts, opportunity analyses, and dashboards that support sales strategy and execution
• Provide ad hoc analytics and decision support to Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional partners
• Monitor industry practices, analytics capabilities, and process improvement opportunities to strengthen reporting and business insights
• Lead projects by coordinating resources, engaging cross-functional partners, and managing timelines, deliverables, and accountability
• Oversee data validation and testing activities to ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved
• Partner with Sales to understand customer trends, gather voice-of-customer input when needed, and support effective use of sales enablement tools
• Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to sales leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, SQL, financial analysis, pricing analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical functions
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams and Excel; Power BI development experience required
• Experience with sales analytics platforms and data sources, including Salesforce.com, Power BI, Definitive Healthcare, LexisNexis, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of data flow, reporting processes, and opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Effective planning, project management, and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• High degree of independence, initiative, professionalism, and confidence engaging with internal stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience within an IT, healthcare, or medical device organization preferred
• Power Automate experience preferred
