Regulatory Project Manager

Soho Square Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Corporate Treasury initiatives related to the FR 2052A regulatory reporting program. The role will partner with Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology teams to drive project delivery and ensure successful execution of key regulatory reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate across Corporate Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology teams
• Drive stakeholder communication and resolve cross-functional issues
• Support FR 2052A regulatory reporting initiatives and related Treasury projects
• Document Treasury methodologies and maintain project governance artifacts
• Coordinate QA, testing, and production readiness activities for Databricks-based reporting solutions
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Treasury and Regulatory Reporting
• Exposure to FR 2052A or Liquidity Reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing cross-functional business and technology projects
• Databricks
• SQL
• Agile / Jira / Confluence
• Liquidity Reporting (LCR/NSFR)
