Director, Project Management & Strategic Initiatives

Access Infusion Care is seeking a hands-on Director, Project Management & Strategic Initiatives to lead high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives across our growing company. This role will manage complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on system implementations, post-merger integration, operational improvement, and organizational change.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, ownership, and success measures
• Manage project risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and competing priorities
• Provide clear project updates, recommendations, and status reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Lead system implementations, including requirements gathering, workflow design, testing, training, rollout, and adoption
• Plan and execute post-merger integration initiatives across systems, processes, and teams
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and support scalable growth
• Establish practical project management standards, tools, templates, and reporting processes
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability through successful project completion
• Build collaborative relationships across the company, remove barriers to success, and drive projects to completion while fostering accountability and shared ownership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, integration management, system implementation, or a related field
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation
• Experience leading system implementations, post-merger integrations, process improvement initiatives, or organizational change
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth organization
• Leadership style that aligns with Access Infusion Care's collaborative culture and core values
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience in healthcare, infusion services, highly acquisitive organizations, or private equity-backed companies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential
