As a Technical Program Management-II, you will play a crucial role in our SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO department, ensuring smooth operations and effective support. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on support services or a similar domain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using program management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Familiarity with banking industry regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
