As a Senior BA, you’ll operate at the heart of complex, high-value programmes, shaping strategy, guiding teams, and ensuring we deliver the right outcomes for the business and our customers.

 

What you’ll be doing

• Leading end-to-end analysis across large, complex initiatives
• Shaping the approach to business analysis and setting direction
• Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across the organisation
• Driving options analysis, business cases, and strategic decision-making
• Leading process improvement and transformation initiatives
• Coaching and mentoring other BAs, helping grow our community

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience leading business analysis on complex programmes
• Ability to influence at senior level and navigate ambiguity
• Deep expertise in BA tools, techniques, and delivery approaches
• Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering measurable value
• Passion for developing others and shaping best practice
