We’re looking for a confident Business Analyst who can take ownership, challenge thinking, and turn complex problems into clear, deliverable solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• ·       Leading business analysis across projects and workstreams
• ·       Organisational & Operating Model design, Operational Performance improvements
• ·       Eliciting, analysing, and defining clear business and user requirements
• ·       Mapping processes and identifying opportunities to improve how we operate
• ·       Running workshops and building strong stakeholder relationships
• ·       Working closely with architects, developers, and product teams
• ·       Platform delivery, deployment and business change
• ·       Supporting decision-making with well-evidenced options and recommendations

What we’re looking for

• ·       Proven experience as a Business Analyst in delivery environments
• ·       Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• ·       Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly
• ·       Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
• ·       A proactive mindset – comfortable challenging assumptions
