Finance Intern 

 

Would you like to gain your first professional experience in an international company and discover how the world of finance works from the inside?

Join the Bayer GBS Finance Internship Program and develop your skills with the support of experienced professionals. During the internship, you will gain insight into financial processes delivered for various countries, work with modern tools, and collaborate with international teams.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

We are looking for students who:

• Are studying Finance and Accounting, Economics, Controlling, Management, or related fields.
• Have a basic understanding of accounting and finance.
• Can communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Are motivated, curious about the business world, and eager to learn.
• Show initiative and are not afraid to suggest new ideas and solutions.
• Enjoy working with data, are detail-oriented, and pay attention to accuracy.
• Have at least an intermediate level of Excel skills.
• Are available for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 31,40  PLN per hour. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.
