Finance Business Partner - Marketing

BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator seeking to expand their team with a well-versed Finance Business Partner to specialise in the marketing functions. This role will act as the primary finance contact for the marketing function, providing strategic insight, financial challenge, and decision support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary finance point of contact for the Marketing function
• Build strong relationships with departmental leaders, providing financial insight and constructive challenge
• Support decision-making through clear analysis and commercial recommendations
• Own the end-to-end budgeting process for the Marketing function
• Lead quarterly reforecasts and ensure alignment with overall Group financial targets
• Provide variance analysis and actionable commentary on performance against budget and forecast
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting at department level
• Produce insightful performance analysis, highlighting key trends and drivers
• Conduct ROI analysis on departmental spend and investment initiatives
• Evaluate business cases and ensure appropriate financial returns and payback
• Identify opportunities to optimise cost base and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 2–3 years' post-qualification experience in a Finance Business Partnering role
• Proven experience supporting cost centres and driving efficiencies across a cost base
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confident challenging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
• Advanced Excel skills
• Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent)
• Experience within the Gaming sector
• Experience as a business partner to Marketing functions
• Familiarity with BI tools and ERP systems, ideally Tableau and/or Anaplan
