Customer Service Representative - $18 - Remote Seasonal August Start

Military Spouse Jobs is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to customers and stakeholders. The role involves resolving inquiries, scheduling services, and supporting customers throughout the claims process while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, courteous, and empathetic interactions
• Create positive customer experiences by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and responding with urgency and care
• Build trust and confidence with customers by providing accurate, timely, and consistent information
• Take ownership of customer inquiries and work toward effective resolution while maintaining a customer-first mindset
• Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and emotional intelligence when handling challenging customer interactions
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via telephone and other approved communication channels
• Schedule property inspections and assist customers with service-related requests
• Provide accurate information regarding inspection appointments, technician arrival expectations, reports, and related services
• Respond to customer questions and concerns while maintaining service quality standards
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and in accordance with company procedures
• Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions within company systems
• Navigate multiple software applications and computer systems simultaneously while maintaining data accuracy
• Utilize multiple monitors and technology platforms to efficiently manage customer interactions
• Maintain detailed and organized records that support operational and customer service objectives
• Gather and communicate customer feedback, trends, and recurring issues to leadership
• Participate in training, coaching, and quality assurance initiatives
• Support departmental goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and service excellence
• Contribute positively to team performance and company culture

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
• Laptop or Desktop, additional monitor, and noise-cancelling headset
• Successful candidates must complete and pass a background check prior to their start date
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
• Because this is a remote work role, you must have a private, dedicated workspace that enables you to work independently and without interruptions
• Previous customer service, call center, administrative support, retail, hospitality, or related experience preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment preferred
