SAP Joule AI Engineer

Spurcroft Inc is seeking an experienced SAP Joule / AI Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered solutions within a large-scale Healthcare / Life Sciences enterprise environment. The role focuses on leveraging SAP BTP, SAP Build, and advanced Generative AI technologies to enable intelligent automation and data-driven operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SAP Joule-based AI solutions tailored for healthcare and supply chain use cases
• Develop scalable LLM-powered applications using RAG architectures for enterprise knowledge retrieval
• Build and deploy applications on SAP BTP (AI Core, AI Launchpad, Integration Suite)
• Leverage SAP Build (Apps, Process Automation, Work Zone) to create intelligent workflows and low-code applications
• Integrate AI capabilities with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems
• Develop secure data pipelines for structured and unstructured healthcare data
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards (HIPAA-like environments)
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate healthcare use cases into AI solutions
