AI Architect

Black Rock Solutions INC is seeking a highly motivated AI Architect with strong expertise in Python and AI solutions. The role involves leading the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Architect scalable AI platforms leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, AI agents, and cloud-native services
• Develop and optimize Python-based applications, APIs, and AI workflows
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and architects to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and accelerators
• Mentor and guide AI engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices
• Establish AI engineering standards, governance, and MLOps practices
• Lead POCs, prototypes, and production implementations from concept to deployment
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and clients
• Contribute to solutioning, estimation, proposals, and client presentations
