Customer Success Manager

Jagger is a fast-growing, profitable wealth technology company whose platform is used by financial advisors and institutions serving UHNW clients. The Customer Success Manager will manage client portfolios, drive retention and renewals, and guide clients through onboarding and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of RIAs, Family Offices, Financial Institutions (SMB -> Enterprise)
• Own commercial outcomes across your book: retention, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell, this is a commercially-minded CS role, and performance bonus is tied directly to retention and renewal
• Serve as the client's point of contact throughout onboarding and implementation (you won't lead the technical build, but you'll be the source of truth and guide clients through the process)
• Drive adoption and long-term value through proactive, high-touch relationship management with senior decision-makers (CFOs, principals, and other budget owners at family offices and institutions)
• Identify expansion opportunities (e.g., growing seat count as a client's usage matures) and proactively mitigate churn risk
• Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams in a fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environment

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of the RIA, family office, and/or financial institution landscape, you understand how these clients operate and what they value from a technology partner
• B2B SaaS / software experience, comfortable translating a complex platform into practical client workflows
• Customer Success experience with a commercial lens, a track record across cross-sell, upsell, and renewal, not support-only CS
• Experience supporting clients through onboarding and adoption
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership, early-stage environment and can run a book independently
• Polished, credible, and confident working directly with sophisticated, senior stakeholders
• US-based
• Direct wealth-tech or fintech experience
• Exposure to alternatives / alternative investments
• Bilingual Spanish/English (a plus, not required)
• Relevant licensing (e.g., SIE, Series 7/66) or a wealth-management background
