Enterprise CAD Sales Representative

PTC is a leader in CAD solutions, enabling companies to improve operations and create better products. They are seeking an Enterprise CAD Solutions Sales Representative to leverage sales expertise and drive customer impact through innovative CAD solutions.

Responsibilities:

• To achieve assigned quota by selling PTC’s CAD software solutions to companies within targeted industry vertical and named customer list
• Develop revenue forecast in coordination with Regional Director and the CAD segment’s Go-To-Market Vice President
• Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts
• Investigate and understand the internal business processes of clients and strategize, present and demonstrate a tailored technology solution
• Build relationships with key executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO) and departmental managers
• Coordination of sales and technical sales resources during the sales process
• Drive Complex CAD Software Sales: Identify, prospect, and engage enterprise-level clients, showcasing your ability to comprehend complex software needs and present compelling solutions that meet engineering and design requirements
• Act as a Sales Engineer: Use your technical product knowledge to translate complicated CAD features into easy-to-understand product pitches, negotiations, and demonstrations
• Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with high-level decision-makers, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to close large-scale deals that can transform entire organizations
• Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Handle everything from lead qualification through demos, RFP responses, negotiations, and final contract signing, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with channel partners, product engineers, and marketing staff to design strategies that maximize market reach and deal value, leveraging all routes to market
• Achieve Revenue Targets: Use data-driven forecasting and pipeline management to meet or exceed ambitious sales quotas, turning your aptitude for relationship-building and problem-solving into tangible results

Requirements:

• 5+ years in enterprise software sales, preferably in CAD or a related engineering software environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Prior experience or education in disciplines such as mechanical engineering, architecture, or computer science preferred. Being able to communicate effectively with technical buyers is essential
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a proven track record of crafting tailored solutions and finalizing high-dollar contracts
• Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and a variety of internal teams to drive deals across the finish line
• High energy, driven personality, and desire to climb the career ladder in a rapidly growing market—bring big ideas to the table and turn them into revenue
• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred but not required
• Proven track record of achieving sales quota
