EverHealth - Staff Software Engineer

EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform on a mission to digitally transform the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions. They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to focus on their EverHealth products, responsible for developing new features and functionality to enhance their healthcare technology platform.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of industry experts to design and develop sophisticated software
• Code, test and deployment of software
• Assist team with problem solving and debugging to ensure solid, bug free platforms
• Review pull requests
• Contribute to agile ceremonies such as standup, refinement and retros
• Expand and maintain unit test coverage

Requirements:

• 5-8 years working with Python/Django - expertise required
• JavaScript and modern SPA frameworks
• OOP
• Rest API/GraphQL experience (Apollo)
• Version control systems (Github)
• Work Management and Documentation using Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence)
• ORM frameworks (SqlAlchemy)
• Caching technologies like Redis
• Experience designing and developing enterprise level software
• Multi-threaded applications
• Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability (New Relic/Sentry)
• General understanding of ANSI HIPAA transactions, (835, 837, 270, 271, etc.)
• Health Information Technology (HIT)
• U.S. healthcare regulatory requirements such as MIPS, Meaningful Use, or ONC certification standards
• React experience preferred
• Relational databases (SQL Server / T-SQL preferred)
• 1-2 years working with AI/ML
