Remote, Sr Azure DevOps Engineer - Only W2 (Candidates must be located in EST/CST time zone)

Taras Technology LLC is seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Cloud Engineer to support cloud infrastructure and application delivery. The role involves designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, developing automation tools, and managing Azure DevOps environments to ensure efficient application deployment and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline application build, test, and deployment processes
• Developing automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency and eliminate manual deployment tasks
• Managing and supporting multiple Azure DevOps environments to meet project and business requirements
• Coordinating software releases and ensuring smooth application deployments throughout the development lifecycle into production
• Partnering with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to diagnose and resolve deployment, integration, and environment-related issues
• Evaluating emerging DevOps technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance automation, scalability, reliability, and delivery speed
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize deployment processes, infrastructure management, and overall DevOps maturity

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies and implementation
• Experience working with Azure Service Catalog and related cloud service management
• Solid understanding of modern DevOps principles, including: Configuration Management, Continuous Integration (CI), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Delivery (CD), Continuous Deployment, Continuous Monitoring
• Knowledge of integrating DevOps pipelines with automated testing and deployment validation processes
• Experience using industry-standard tools for configuration management, source code control, build automation, and deployment orchestration
• Experience deploying and managing applications on container orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure AKS, or AWS EKS
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure automation and provisioning tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, or Ansible
• Familiarity with cloud-native deployment strategies and infrastructure management best practices
