Healthcare Project Manager

InfoStride is responsible for overseeing Medicaid initiatives and ensuring compliance with various requirements. The Healthcare Project Manager will manage program agreements, project execution, and stakeholder communications to support Medicaid data exchange initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, execution, and oversight of Advance Planning Documents (APDs), contracts, MOAs, MOUs, BAAs, and related program agreements
• Coordinate efforts across NC HIEA, NC DHHS, vendors, and internal teams to ensure program objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, project plans, and data exchange frameworks
• Monitor project implementation, budgets, staffing, procurements, and compliance with organizational, state, and federal requirements
• Facilitate program governance, project meetings, and progress reporting for state and federal partners
• Serve as the primary liaison and representative for the Medicaid program with government agencies and stakeholder organizations
• Evaluate vendor solutions and support procurement activities to meet program needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in: Contract development, administration, and monitoring
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in: Budget development and financial oversight
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in: Data governance and health information exchange compliance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in: Cross-functional program coordination and staffing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in: Vendor evaluation and management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in: Project monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid programs, project management, and state/federal regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
