About the Role:
Juniper is seeking caring and reliable Community Support Workers to join our Home and Community Care team across Perth’s northern suburbs, including Midland, Jane Brook and Dayton
In this role, you will support older Western Australians to remain living independently in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and social support. You will play an important role in helping customers maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive difference in people’s lives.
We currently have a permanent 40 hour per fortnight part-time position available; the successful candidate must be available between Monday - Friday 0800-1700.
