Job Description:

Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
Work with development teams to resolve application defects.
Perform code fixes, enhancements, and deployments when required.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
Support application releases and ensure system stability.
Create RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documents for critical incidents.
Participate in on-call support and weekend deployments as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
