Job Title: Business Analyst HR Operations & Data Analytics
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid 3/2 days/week in office, 2/3 remote)
Hours: 35-40/week (required 4 weeks unpaid vacation)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract, likely extension
Pay range: $63-$65/hr (W2), depending on experience
Interview: Could be onsite in New York, NY or remote via Teams (up to hiring manager). Likely 1-2 rounds of interviews
Our Government client located in New York, NY is seeking a Business Analyst HR Operations & Data Analytics to support high-priority initiatives within a large enterprise HR Operations and Analytics organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys combining business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, and data analysis to drive operational excellence.
Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help coordinate projects, document business processes, analyze operational data, organize information within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and develop insights that support strategic decision-making. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives while improving collaboration, reporting, and business operations across a complex organization.
You'll support enterprise HR Operations and Analytics initiatives by coordinating projects, improving business processes, developing reports and dashboards, managing Microsoft 365 collaboration environments, and helping leadership make informed, data-driven decisions. You'll serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, ensuring projects remain organized, documentation is comprehensive, and operational improvements are successfully implemented across the organization.
