Data Center Deployment Project Manager

Trident Consulting is seeking a Project Manager – Deployments for a remote opportunity supporting data center hardware deployment projects with a global leader in cybersecurity and technology solutions. The role involves leading projects from planning through execution, requiring strong project management skills and coordination across various technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and project closeout
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, facilities, and network operations teams
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and provide project status updates
• Review project plans and deployment documentation before implementation
• Perform hardware availability analysis prior to deployments
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and project processes
• Coordinate physical asset audits and ensure compliance
• Manage multiple deployment projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience in a technical or data center environment
• Experience managing technical infrastructure or hardware deployment projects
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience working across multiple time zones
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience with data center hardware deployments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity or intelligence environments
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Automation experience is a plus
