Customer Service Representative - Hybrid/Remote (GA or OH only)

Salem Stones, Inc. is a family-owned granite memorials distributor that values strong relationships with customers and employees. The Customer Experience Representative will serve as a key point of contact, delivering solutions with professionalism and empathy while managing customer inquiries and supporting their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Provide quotes, order support, status updates, inventory information, and invoice assistance
• Resolve customer concerns while delivering exceptional service experiences
• Follow through on customer requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Accurately manage and document customer interactions within company systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs
• Meet established service level, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
• Support additional customer experience initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service, account management, call center, or other customer-facing experience
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Experience working in a high-volume environment preferred
• Experience with CRM systems, RingCentral, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is a plus
