Product Sales Manager

ZEISS Group, a pioneer in science with over 180 years of experience, is seeking a Product Sales Manager to promote and increase sales of 3D optical technology. The role involves developing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing technical expertise to enhance quality control processes.

Responsibilities:

• Engage new and existing customers to achieve sales booking objectives
• Identify and create new sales opportunities to expand the company’s market presence – especially into large, complex corporations with multi-step, consultative sales processes and extended sales cycles
• Willingness to manage and travel a large territory within the PSM’s region
• Identify and share leads with other sales teams and channels to maximize sales potential
• Explore innovative ways to support customers and provide exceptional service. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and take ownership of customer success
• Collaborate closely with our technical team to deliver top-notch product and solution demonstrations
• Follow the ZEISS sales process to propose the best solution for the customer’s needs
• Support sales and marketing events to promote our products and engage with potential customers
• Follow our proven ZEISS Sales Process to tailor the best solutions for customers' specific needs
• Keep our CRM system updated with all sales activities, relationships, and the status of sales leads and opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of metrology or precision measurement systems
• A background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
