Remote Sales Account Manager

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our growing remote sales team. The role involves building relationships, helping families protect their future, and providing comprehensive training and mentorship for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Contact warm leads who have requested information about our benefits
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments via phone or video
• Educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefit options
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Guide clients through the application process
• Accurately complete online applications and required documentation
• Meet individual sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Reliable computer or laptop with high-speed internet access
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to obtain any required insurance licenses (we provide guidance and support throughout the licensing process)
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required
