RCI-FB-71892-1 Biocompatibility Technical Project Manager - REMOTE

Rangam is a company specializing in project management within the consumer electronics sector. They are seeking a Biocompatibility Technical Project Manager who will engage with cross-functional teams to drive material selection and biocompatibility testing during product development.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with cross functional partners and suppliers to drive material selection and biocompatibility testing during product development process
• Clear communication to peers and SME's and help build processes and specifications
• Partner with cross functional team members and suppliers to drive selection of biocompatible materials, sample coordination and coordinate testing throughout product development process
• Clear and effective communication of Biocompatibility goals and findings with cross functional team and leadership
• Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment and setup a process to track and communicate efficiently
• Ability to prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast paced environment
• Engage with biocompatibility experts and cross functional teams towards building work flows, processes and SOP’s

Requirements:

• Must have STRONG program management, clear communication, and consumer electronics experience
• Must have experience with biocomp and customer safety
• Must have science and engineering background (Toxicology, Biomedical science, Engineering or related fields)
• Must have experience working in a face pace environment managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
• Good understanding of analytical testing methods (HPLC, ICPMS, LC/MS, GS/MS) and basic knowledge of Biocompatibility review
• Partner with cross functional team members and suppliers to drive selection of biocompatible materials, sample coordination and coordinate testing throughout product development process
• Clear and effective communication of Biocompatibility goals and findings with cross functional team and leadership
• Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment and setup a process to track and communicate efficiently
• Ability to prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast paced environment
• Engage with biocompatibility experts and cross functional teams towards building work flows, processes and SOP's
• BS or MS in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biomedical science, Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of project management in a corporate setting
• Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively
• Basic understanding of analytical testing methodologies
• Ability to work in fast paced, collaborative, cross functional environment
• Be a team player. Have strong analytical skills and ability to think outside of the box
• Experience working in consumer electronics industry
