As a Financial & Accounting Analyst, you will support daily accounting operations, month-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance activities. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to maintain accurate financial records and provide timely information for business decisions.
Process customer invoices, submit e-invoices, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Record journal entries and ensure all business transactions are accurately documented.
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
Perform bank, customer, vendor, and general ledger account reconciliations.
Review expenses, accounting records, accruals, amortizations, and other financial transactions.
Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
Maintain accurate financial data within accounting systems and databases.
Support GST, TDS, and other applicable local tax filings.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required.
Provide documentation and assistance during internal and external audits.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
One to three years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification is a plus but not required.
Office-based position.
Requires frequent computer use and extended periods of reviewing financial data and reports.
Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required during closing periods, audits, or other urgent business needs.
