Finance Banking Officer | 12 Month Max Term…Keep Our Business Moving, One Reconciliation at a Time

About the Role… As a Finance Banking Officer, you'll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by managing reconciliations, resolving issues and supporting our store network with banking enquiries. 

What You'll Be Doing…

• Keep the Numbers on Track - Complete accurate and timely bank reconciliations across the business.
• Solve the Puzzle - Investigate discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support Our Store Network - Provide helpful and responsive support for banking administration enquiries.
• Deliver Great Service - Respond to customer and stakeholder queries accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to Financial Accuracy - Support banking processes, reporting and account administration activities.
• Help New Stores Get Started - Assist with banking setup and administration for new store openings and changes. 

What You'll Bring…

• Reconciliation or Finance Administration Experience - Previous experience in banking, finance administration, accounts or reconciliations.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail - You enjoy working with numbers and can spot issues others might miss.
• Systems Savvy - Experience with SAP is advantageous, but we're equally interested in people who quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Curious Problem Solver - You like getting to the bottom of discrepancies and finding practical solutions.
• Strong Communication Skills - Able to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Team-First Mindset - Adaptable, collaborative and happy to pitch in wherever needed to support the team.
