Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Trade Lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale technology programs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, risk management, and Agile delivery experience, with a focus on driving strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program and project management activities across multiple initiatives
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables effectively
• Drive Agile and Scrum practices to ensure efficient execution and delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and operations
• Oversee project deployment, testing, and implementation phases
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business goals and strategy
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and reporting at all levels

Qualifications
