Applied AI/ML Researcher - Vice President

As an Applied AI/ML Researcher within the AI4Tech Team, you will lead technology research and development initiatives focused on advancing AI capabilities across the firm, collaborating with agile teams to drive innovation and establish best practices for AI integration.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct applied research and development on GenAI and agentic AI solutions to enhance developer productivity, CI/CD automation, observability, and operational resilience
• Design, prototype, and evaluate AI-driven tools and frameworks that streamline engineering workflows, improve code quality, and accelerate technology delivery
• Establish and promote best practices, reusable components, and common capabilities for integrating AI into technology platforms in a secure, stable, and scalable manner
• Collaborate with agile engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption, provide technical guidance, and support the implementation of innovative solutions
• Develop and maintain policies, guardrails, and controls to ensure responsible, compliant, and auditable use of AI technologies within the enterprise
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic direction and maintain the firm’s leadership in AI-driven technology innovation
• Communicate research findings, technical insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear documentation, presentations, and decision briefs
