Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: English / Spanish) Remote

Concentrix is a Fortune 500 company known for its inclusive culture and exceptional customer service. They are seeking a remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide product setup assistance and deliver outstanding customer experiences in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with product setup sessions, to include tutorials and walkthroughs, to assist in setting up new devices out of the box in the customer’s preferred language
• Hold authentic, free-flowing conversations with customers to provide customized product setup sessions for their new devices
• Ask probing questions to ensure customers are receiving personalized sessions based on their lifestyle and needs
• Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to provide customer a high-energy experience while setting up their new products and services
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
• Offer additional products and/or services
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

Requirements:

• MUST SPEAK BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH FLUENTLY
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Comfortable using and explaining technology
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, driven by positive, high-energy customer interactions
• A basic knowledge in probing question techniques and exceptional active listening skills
• Flexible availability to support various shifts and business needs

• Reliable connectivity: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite) and a smartphone
• Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
• Sales or technical product experience is a big plus!
