Experis is a leading organization in the technology sector, seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to support strategic planning and operational excellence. The role involves managing business rhythms, developing strategic roadmaps, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the rhythm of business (ROB) for leadership teams, ensuring timely execution of meetings and initiatives
• Drive the development, tracking, and management of OKRs and strategic roadmaps across the organization
• Own organizational communications, including newsletters, all-hands meetings, and staff updates to ensure clear and consistent messaging
• Support cross-team projects and strategic initiatives, engaging multiple stakeholders to meet evolving business needs
• Provide operational support to senior leaders, facilitating effective decision-making and organizational alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of experience in business program or project management, with proven ability to run operational cadences and manage cross-team initiatives
• 3+ years of experience in OKR/goal management and performance tracking, with proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI
• 4+ years of experience in executive communications, including content development for newsletters, meetings, and presentations
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
