Media Buyer / Client Manager / AI Creative Production

Agency Collective is seeking an experienced operator to assume end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of DTC client accounts. The successful candidate will function as the primary operator across the full client lifecycle, encompassing campaign execution and optimization, client communication and reporting, and creative production.

Responsibilities:

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, including audience testing, bid strategy, budget pacing, and performance troubleshooting
• Act as primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of DTC brands, conducting weekly client calls and managing all day-to-day correspondence
• Prepare and deliver recurring performance reports, reconciling platform-attributed results against client backend data prior to issuance
• Produce AI-assisted static ad creative to brief, and iterate on the basis of performance data
• Direct and review creative produced by supporting resources, providing complete and actionable specifications
• Maintain account infrastructure, including pixel installation and event verification, Business Manager access, platform compliance, and backup account readiness
• Ensure creative, copy, and landing page assets do not place client accounts at risk within a restricted advertising category

Requirements:

• Media buying experience — required A minimum of four (4) years of demonstrable, hands-on campaign management within Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or both. Candidates must be prepared to discuss, in specific terms, campaign structures they have built, optimization decisions they have made, and performance outcomes they have personally delivered. Experience limited to oversight, coordination, or vendor management does not satisfy this requirement
• Creative production capability — required Demonstrated capability to produce static ad creative independently and at pace. Candidates must submit a portfolio of static ad creative they personally produced. Sound judgment regarding direct-response creative — hooks, offer presentation, and visual hierarchy — is assessed at interview
• AI tool proficiency — required Established working proficiency with AI image generation and design tooling, evidenced by prior output. Candidates must be able to describe their workflow, including prompting methodology, iteration process, and post-generation refinement. Theoretical familiarity or intent to learn does not satisfy this requirement
• Client management experience — required A documented history of direct client ownership within an agency or DTC environment, encompassing performance reporting, expectation management, and escalation handling
• Communication and reporting — required Demonstrated ability to articulate performance clearly in writing and on calls, to manage client expectations under pressure, and to maintain consistent and transparent communication
• Prior experience advertising within restricted or high-scrutiny categories, including supplements, health, or nutraceuticals
• Working knowledge of pixel and Events API configuration
• Familiarity with Business Manager asset structure, partner access, and appeals processes
• Experience operating multiple client accounts concurrently
