Production Graphic Designer (Marketing Agency)

Markentum is a full-service marketing agency specializing in helping senior living organizations grow occupancy and strengthen their brands. They are seeking a talented Production Graphic Designer to create marketing assets across digital and print channels, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables while working closely with various team members.

Responsibilities:

• Create a wide variety of client-facing marketing assets across digital and print channels, including:
• Social media graphics and campaign assets
• EBooks, guides, white papers, and downloadable content
• Blog graphics and featured images
• Email marketing designs
• Digital advertisements and display campaigns
• Sales collateral and marketing materials
• Print collateral including brochures, flyers, and one-pagers
• Work closely with copywriters, Partner Success Managers, strategists, and creative leaders to ensure deliverables are visually compelling, on-brand, and aligned with client goals
• Produce high-quality work with minimal revisions
• Independently execute based on creative direction
• Understand how design supports marketing and lead generation goals
• Consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Understand how to work within established brand systems while keeping designs fresh and engaging

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Agency experience strongly preferred
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience with Figma for digital design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused design work
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
• Experience designing for both digital and print applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience working with senior living, healthcare, hospitality, lifestyle, or related brands
• Basic understanding of marketing strategy and customer journeys
• Experience creating infographics and long-form content assets
• Experience with simple motion graphics or Adobe After Effects
