National Account Sales Executive

Spotlight Outdoor Ads specializes in premium billboard and digital signage inventory along the Las Vegas Strip. The National Account Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales, managing national accounts, and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Driving revenue growth through strategic sales of Spotlight Outdoor Ads’ billboard and digital media inventory
• Managing and expanding a portfolio of national accounts
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Conducting prospecting and outreach
• Building long-term relationships with brand, agency, and sponsorship partners
• Leading client presentations
• Developing proposals and media plans
• Negotiating contracts and pricing
• Coordinating campaign activation with internal operations and marketing teams
• Analyzing campaign performance
• Preparing sales reports and forecasts
• Using market insights to advise clients on optimal placement and messaging
• Attending industry events
• Staying informed on out-of-home advertising trends
• Representing Spotlight Outdoor Ads as a trusted advisor in the Las Vegas Strip market

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in out-of-home, media, advertising, or related industries
• Strong skills in client relationship building, consultative selling, and negotiation, with the ability to manage complex national accounts and long sales cycles
• Experience developing proposals, presentations, and media plans, with solid written and verbal communication skills tailored to executive-level stakeholders
• Ability to analyze market data, campaign performance metrics, and audience insights to inform recommendations and sales strategies
• Availability to travel to meet with agencies, partners and potential clients
• Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) to manage pipelines and reporting
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
