Sales Account Executive

Talent Edge Recruiting is partnering with a rapidly growing professional services firm seeking a polished, consultative Account Executive to join their team. This role focuses on building relationships with executive decision-makers to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead consultative sales conversations with prospective clients to understand their business goals and operational challenges
• Build trusted relationships with CEOs, business owners, Controllers, CFOs, and executive decision-makers
• Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from discovery through implementation
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop customized solutions for each client
• Maintain an organized pipeline while ensuring timely and thoughtful follow-up
• Deliver a best-in-class buying experience through exceptional communication and relationship management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive continued business growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Executive, Customer Success, or Business Development
• Experience selling or supporting professional services, financial services, or accounting-related solutions
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements, business operations, or finance
• Comfortable engaging directly with CEOs, business owners, Controllers, CFOs, and other executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly polished, professional, and personable with strong executive presence
• Consultative sales approach with the ability to uncover business needs and build long-term relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Bachelor's degree required
