They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead clients through information-only sales interviews and support client learning through award-winning programs, all while working remotely and independently.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients through digital marketing platforms
• Respond to enquiries, conduct information interviews, assess client readiness – no cold calls or hard sales
• Provide information on development programs to qualified candidates
• Maintain organized follow-up and communication processes
• Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in Program Management, Project Management or L & D roles
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, comfortable with presentation and video conferencing
• Desire for work-life alignment, personal and career growth outside corporate or institutional frameworks
• Positive, self-motivated, lifelong learner ready to level up for the future economy
